R E T A I N E R  &  P A Y M E N T

A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No services will be rendered, and no date will be held without payment of the retainer. The retainer is applied toward the total balance.

C A N C E L L A T I O N  &  R E S C H E D U L I N G

If the Client cancels the wedding for any reason, the retainer is non-refundable.

If the Client wishes to reschedule, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If the new date is unavailable, the retainer remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be credited toward future services at Photographer’s discretion.

T R A V E L   F E E S

If travel outside Photographer’s standard service area is required, additional travel fees will apply. These fees are based on total distance traveled and may include flights, mileage, lodging, and other necessary accommodations. Travel fees will be added to the final invoice.

P H O T O G R A P H E R   R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Photographer will arrive at the agreed-upon location(s) and provide professional photography services as outlined in the selected package. Photographer will use their professional judgment to capture moments and details of the day but does not guarantee any specific image, pose, or group shot.

I M A G E   D E L I V E R Y

Photographer will deliver the completed gallery within 4–10 weeks of the booked date, depending on queue and individual commissions. Sneak peeks may be provided at Photographer’s discretion but are not guaranteed by a specific date.

C O P Y R I G HT  &  U S A G E   R I G H T S

Photographer retains the copyright to all images created.

Client receives full personal rights to download, print, and share images for personal, non-commercial use. Client may not sell, license, or use images for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Photographer.

Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless Client provides a written request to opt out prior to the event date.

L I A B I L I T Y  &  F O R C E   M A J E U R E

In the unlikely event Photographer cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond control, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement photographer. If a replacement is not available, Photographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received.

Photographer is not liable for acts of God, weather, schedule complications, venue restrictions, or interference from guests that may impact the coverage or quality of images.

L A T E   P A Y M E N T S

Any payment not received by its stated due date shall be considered delinquent. If any balance remains unpaid more than seven (7) calendar days after the due date, Photographer reserves the right to assess a late fee of $25 per day until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Photographer further reserves the right to suspend planning, communication, preparation, editing, image delivery, and/or wedding day services until all outstanding balances and accrued late fees have been paid.

If the outstanding balance remains unpaid within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event date, Photographer reserves the right to cancel services and terminate this Agreement without refund of any monies previously paid. In such circumstances, Client remains responsible for all outstanding balances, accrued late fees, and any costs incurred by Photographer as a result of the breach of this Agreement.

Any waiver of late fees or enforcement by Photographer on a particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of Photographer's right to enforce this provision in the future.



C L I E N T   R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Client agrees to cooperate with Photographer and ensure guests and vendors do not interfere with photography coverage. Client is responsible for providing accurate timelines, location access, and any required permissions.

F I N A L  E D I T  &  A R T I S T I C   S T Y L E

Client acknowledges they are familiar with Photographer’s work and style. Editing and final image selection are at the Photographer’s discretion. RAW files are not included or released under any circumstances.
